What we collect

Nothing you would recognise as personal data. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics, no heat maps, no A/B testing and no advertising scripts, and there is no contact form, newsletter or comment system to submit data through.

Like virtually every website, the service that delivers these pages to you may keep short-lived technical logs of requests — things such as an IP address, a browser identifier and the page requested — for security and reliability. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you, are not combined with anything else, and are not sold or shared for marketing.

Cookies and local storage

None, and nothing is written to your device's local storage. No consent banner appears because there is nothing to consent to.

Links to other sites

This guide links to Ledger's official pages and, in a few places, to public block explorers or support resources. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, governed by their privacy policy and their cookies, not this one. Those destinations are always named in the link text.

We will never contact you about your wallet

Nobody associated with this site will ever email, message, call or direct-message you about your wallet, your device or your recovery phrase. Any message claiming otherwise is a scam — and any message at all that asks for your 24 words is a scam whatever it claims.

Children

This site is general information about a software product and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page. Because the site collects nothing, changes are likely to be about wording rather than data.
